AU meme: Lu Han (Manchester United) and Kai (Chelsea FC) as rival strikers
When Kai and his teammates, clad in blue, step out onto the field, the crowd goes wild. Banners emblazoned with “Keep the Blue Flag Flying High” flap in the wind and children in jerseys, some bearing Kai’s number, wave their arms. A few moments later, the blue makes way for a sea of red and gold. Deafening cheers of “Forever United” and “Glory, Glory” ring through the stadium.
Kai watches intently as the players of Manchester United stride onto the field, hands balling into fists when his gaze catches on a familiar set of long eyelashes and twinkling eyes. Eyelashes he softly kissed beneath hotel sheets. Eyes he will stare down as the match commences.
Lu Han grins back cheekily, a silent challenge playing on his lips. Kai feels the adrenaline pulsing through his veins as he sends Manchester United’s striker an equally playful smirk.
